各種食品添加物出現在我們的日常當中


舉凡泡麵、零食、飲料、調味料、微波食品、罐頭、麵包…甚至


保健食品都可能會含有這些成份！




食品添加物總類很多，有些是為了改良食材口感增加風味，像是香料、色素、鮮味劑、蔗糖素、檸檬酸等

有些是為了增加食材的保存期限，像是各式防腐劑，或者為了縮短製造流程的品質改良劑，如二氧化矽、硬脂酸鎂等等


這些食品添加物雖然是合法的，但是對健康仍存在風險，過量添加的食安問題也是層出不窮！
